The Khabarovsk Fuel Company was formed on 20 April 2000.
The head office of the Khabarovsk Fuel Company is located in the Khabarovsk city. Nowadays the Company has branches in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk,
Vladivostok, Nakhodka, and Vanino.
The Khabarovsk Fuel Company is the main trading company of Transbunker group in the Far East region and carries out activity in the following directions:
• bunkering of vessels in ports of the Far East region;
• bunkering of vessels working in the Okhotsk and Bering sea expeditions, in the Kuril Islands and Sakhalin island areas;
• delivery of oil products by tankers from the port of Vanino, Vladivostok, Nakhodka to any ports of the Far East (Kuril Islands, Ayan, Kiran, Chumikan, Okhotsk, Evensk, etc.);
• shipment of oil products in railway tanks to any railway station of the Khabarovsk territory, Primorye and Sakhalin regions;
• wholesale and small wholesale trading of the petroleum products on the Sakhalin island, Vanino and Sovetskaya Gavan areas;
Using petroleum storage depots in the ports of Vanino and Nakhodka, The Khabarovsk Fuel Company provides a regular supply of fuel oils, marine gasoiles, gasolines and aviation kerosine, including the delivery of oil products to the far located northern ports, and also for the wholesale and small wholesale trading of petroleum products through the rented storage facilities in the city of Khabarovsk.
Transbunker group has a certified petroleum refinery in Vanino, processing up to 55 000 tons of oil per month, the products of which include all types of light and dark marine fuels, as well as diesel and naphtha.
Today Transbunker group also has its own oil petroleum storage depots in the ports of Vanino (one-time storage up to 240,000 cubic meters/m), Nakhodka (one-time storage up to 20300 cubic meters/m), Kholmsk (one-time storage up to 8000 cubic meters/m); Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk city (up to 1500 cubic meters/m); own tanker and bunker fleet in the Far East; a network of gas stations in the Vanino and Sovetskaya Gavan areas.

The Khabarovsk Fuel Company for a long time provides bunkering services and delivery of tanker loads of reliable and proven partners, including the enterprises of group of companies "Polymetal" (JSC "PM TRANS OIL", LLC "Okhotskaya GGK", LLC "Omolonskaya SAM", LLC "Svetloe", LLC "Kutyn GGK"), JSC "Sakhalin Shipping Сompany", JSC "Amur Shipping Company", JSC "Okeanrybflot", Artel "Vostok" and others. The Company has an extensive experience in the supply of petroleum products during the summer navigation in the ports of the Okhotsk sea.
The purchase of petroleum products is carried out through the St. Petersburg International Commodity exchange. In addition, we have direct contracts with major oil companies and regional oil traders.
Special attention is paid to the quality and quantity of the petroleum products. Quality control is carried out at all stages of delivery (production, acceptance, storage and shipment).
